With previous experience in music and events, Luis wanted to channel his creativity and leadership skills into a marketing role which encouraged him to join Viral Talent. He initially started as an Account Manager where he quickly fostered strong bonds with key influencers on Viral Talent’s roster. Luis’s creative background meant he was able to resonate with our influencers leading to improved partnerships over the years and his recent title as Head of Talent Management. Luis finds great satisfaction in unearthing hidden talents and working with them to achieve their goals. He aims to develop Viral Talent’s roster to new heights, watch this space!
